The role
A go-to-market engineer sits between code and sales. At AgifyMD, that means preparing the accounts, signals, and messages our customers receive every week, then improving the tools that do this work.
You’ll learn from the founder, on real customers, with real responsibility from your first month.
What you’ll do
- Prepare customer launches: define the target with them, pick the sources, and check the first accounts.
- Check the quality of every customer’s database each week: dated signals, cited sources, and duplicates removed.
- Automate whatever repeats, with our agents, scripts, and internal tools.
- Measure what works (replies, meetings, deals won) and share it with the team and with customers.
Your first 90 days
- Day 30: you’ve prepared a customer launch with the team.
- Day 60: you monitor the quality of a customer’s database on your own.
- Day 90: you’ve automated a task that used to take several hours a week.
About you
- Enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university, for a 12- to 24-month apprenticeship.
- Comfortable with data: advanced spreadsheets, SQL, or some code (Python, TypeScript).
- Rigor on principle: a fact without a source and a date doesn’t go to a customer.
- Curiosity about sales and strong writing skills.
What you don’t need
- Senior engineering experience.
- Knowledge of our markets: we’ll introduce you to them.
