Automatic discovery · planned

Find players you are not tracking yet

The goal is to suggest new competitors based on public sources. Automatic discovery is planned. Today, a company mentioned in a news item may appear in its text without automatically being added to your competitor list.

  • Connect several announcements about the same company: planned
  • Suggest a new competitor with supporting sources: planned
  • The example illustrates the intended workflow, not an actual result

Arguments to check

Separate what you know from what still needs proof

A suggested argument still needs checking. Its source, quoted passage, and dates let your team assess it; only a person can mark its evidence as verified. Automatic drafting of competitor comparisons is in development. A missing detail in a document does not prove a weakness.

  • Compare equivalent offerings and terms
  • Review the sources before using an argument
  • Do not invent an advantage when evidence is missing

Cards to prepare for sales meetings

Bring together objections, answers, and field feedback

Cards can be viewed and copied, and your team can enter objections and deal feedback. Agent-written content is in development. Automatic updates after competitor news and automatic incorporation of feedback are planned.

Battlecard

Holtera

Situation: regional tender

Fictional example Reviewed on October 9

Needs a recheck: Holtera announced a pay-per-use rental offer on October 9. The pricing answers have been revised.

Objections and answers

  • “Holtera is cheaper.”

Their pay-per-use rental looks cheaper, but reading the recordings is billed separately. Compare the cost per interpreted exam.

  • “We already work with them.”

Offer a trial in a pilot department, without changing equipment across the rest of the hospital.

Questions to ask

  • Who interprets the recordings today, and how quickly?
  • How many exams a month does your cardiology department perform?

Pitfalls to avoid

  • Don’t criticize the quality of their sensors: no evidence supports it.
  • Don’t promise an interpretation time that isn’t in the contract.

Proof points

  • Cost per interpreted exam, compared over three yearsSource: your health-economics study
  • Holtera bills recording analysis separatelySource: fictional Holtera pricing announcement

Field feedback

  • “The price objection has come up three times this month since their new offer.”
Feedback from a sales rep, Southeast region
