AgifyMD Sales School

Train your reps on their real accounts, not textbook cases

A six-week program, with two days at your offices, where your reps learn to use AI to sell to healthcare facilities in their own territory. By the end of day one, every rep has 20 prioritized departments or facilities (each with a dated reason to reach out now), their first 10 messages ready to send, and a brief on their top three competitors.

Your reps already have ChatGPT. Their week hasn’t changed.

Everyone’s winging it

One rep uses it to polish emails, another doesn’t touch it. Nobody has given it your offer, your customers, or your objections, so the output stays generic, and your prospects can tell.

Lists of hospitals, not projects

You already know every hospital in your territory. What’s missing is knowing which department has a project right now, and who is driving it.

Training that didn’t stick

The last course left behind a list of prompts and good intentions. A month later, nobody opens it anymore.

By the end of day one

Every rep goes home with next week’s prospecting ready to go

No theory exercises: everyone works on their own accounts, with us right beside them. What they build on day one, they use the next morning. If anything is missing by evening, we finish it with them remotely the next day.

  • 20 prioritized accounts, each with a dated reason to reach out now, and its source
  • Their first 10 messages, written, reviewed with us, and waiting in their drafts
  • A brief on each of their top three competitors
  • A follow-up tracker: what was promised, by whom, by when

Your first 10 messages, sitting in drafts

One per priority account, each opening with its dated reason.

The competitor brief

What to say against each of their top three competitors

Where the competitor is strong, where you’re stronger, the objections they trigger, and the answer that holds up, with its proof. We prepare these briefs before day one, and each rep adds what they hear in the field.

Competitor brief

Imavista

Imaging software · public radiology departments

Fictional example

Pressure points

  • Their weakness
No published clinical study on shorter turnaround times.
    Your strength
Your multicenter study across three university hospitals.
    Talking point
“How long does an emergency patient wait for a CT scan today?”
    Proof
Your clinical study, page 8 · Imavista documentation, September

Objections and answers

  • “Imavista is already on our purchasing group’s list.”

Offer a pilot in one department, then use its results for the next tender.

Pitfalls to avoid

  • Don’t promise a specific time saving: your study covers only three hospitals.

Six weeks, two days on site, one before-and-after review

The program fits into your reps’ week instead of taking it over.

Week 1: scoping

A session with your head of sales to set the account scope, the priority use cases, and the ground rules. We record the three baseline metrics and prepare the competitor briefs.

Week 2, day 1 on site: prospecting

In the morning, each rep picks their accounts and finds a dated reason to contact each one. In the afternoon, they write their first ten messages and review them with us. By evening, everything is in their drafts.

Week 3: first remote session

A 90-minute session on the replies that came in: what worked, what to rewrite, which accounts come next.

Week 4, day 2 on site: preparing and closing

Prep for a meeting in ten minutes, answer each competitor’s objections, and turn meeting notes into a follow-up and a proposal the same day.

Week 5: second remote session

A 90-minute session on that week’s real meetings. Each rep keeps the methods that save them time and drops the rest.

Week 6: last session and 30-day review

Thirty days after day one, a final 90-minute session. Then we remeasure the three baseline metrics and show your head of sales what changed, what’s left to do, and what comes next.

Six modules, all about selling

Each module starts from a task your reps do every week and ends with a faster way to do it.

Picking departments at the right moment

Spot the signs of a project (a new head of department, an approved investment, a conditional HAS accreditation, a tender), date them, and rank departments by urgency.

Researching an account in ten minutes

Find the person driving the project, understand how the department is organized, and pick your opening angle, without spending the morning on it.

Writing a first message people want to read

Lead with the dated reason, talk about the customer’s problem rather than your product, and keep your own voice. AI prepares, the rep decides.

Knowing where to win against each competitor

Know where to push against each one, anticipate objections, and answer with proof instead of a hunch.

After the meeting

From meeting notes to follow-up and proposal, the same day, without forgetting anything that was promised.

The ground rules

What to hand off to AI and what to keep, GDPR, no patient data, transparency rules on ties with healthcare professionals, and human review before anything goes out.

Three metrics, taken before day one and again at the review

Nobody can honestly guarantee a number in advance. We measure with you, on your own data, and show you what changed.

Reply rate on first messages

Messages sent during the program, compared with the ones sent before.

Meetings booked

The number of first meetings the team booked, over a period of the same length.

Time to research an account

How long it takes a rep to know who to contact and what to say.

Why not a standard AI course?

Open-enrollment course

A single day at €690 to €850 per person, generic examples, a room full of strangers. Nothing on your accounts, no follow-up.

Company-wide AI training

The tools explained to every department at once. Your reps learn to write prompts, not to sell better.

Big-name American sales methodology

A solid method, rolled out over several months for tens of thousands of euros, and designed before AI.

AgifyMD Sales School

Built for selling and nothing else, on your real accounts, with people who build and use sales tools every day. Two days, three follow-up sessions, and a before-and-after review.
